1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may return an item within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Customized or personalized products are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased on sale or under special promotions are non-refundable unless defective or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was received.

Inspection & Approval:

  • Once we receive the returned item, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

  • If the item does not meet return criteria, we will notify you and send it back.

2. Refund Policy

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to the original source within 7-10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards and promotional vouchers.

  • Items returned beyond the return period.

  • Used, washed, or damaged products (unless defective upon delivery).

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for size or color variations of the same product, subject to stock availability.

  • If the required exchange is not available, a refund will be processed as per our policy.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

  • After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the order is already processed.
