We currently ship across India. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact our customer support team before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date of order confirmation.

Custom or made-to-order products may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical delays.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order, delivery location, and selected shipping method.

Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value. Please refer to ongoing promotions or checkout details for eligibility.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Accuracy

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or unavailability, it may be returned to us.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Any additional shipping charges due to address errors or modifications post-dispatch will be borne by the customer

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging.

In case of lost shipments, contact our customer support team for assistance. Resolutions may include a replacement or refund based on the investigation.
